The Deputy Team Leader will be responsible for overall fund management. This position is contingent upon award.
General requirements
· At least 8 years of experience in managing large, complex, donor-funded programmes in challenging environments, ideally in Zimbabwe, that have included either VAWG, Gender, or Justice programming
· At least 5 years applied technical knowledge in thematic area of Gender Based Violence (GBV) and/ or gender quality.
