Requirements
University degree in Social Sciences or Gender and Policy, Women’s Law relevant to the following areas: Social and Climate justice, Women’s Rural Development and Land Rights, Community Development, Inclusion, Women’s Economic Empowerment; Demonstrated ability to work with grassroots women, and coordinate with the Ministries of Lands, Agriculture, Water, Climate and Rural Resettlement and Women Affairs, Community Small and Medium Enterprise Development and other members of the Rural District Development Committee; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Ndebele and English), as well as an ability to meet deadlines and work independently; Strong writing skills are particularly important for this position.
