QUALIFICATIONS
*Degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent
*Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent (a must)
*Masters Business Administration (an added advantage)
*At least 5yrs experience in a similar position
*Good interpersonal skills
*Be a good listener
*Be a good negotiator
