QUALIFICATIONS
*5 O Levels including English , Mathematics and Science.
*Minimum of a National Diploma in Civil engineering.
*At least 2 years working experience.
*No criminal record *Computer literate eg Excel and Auto CAD.
*Working in Local Authority/Local government an added advantage.
*Ability to work under pressure.
