RESPONSIBILITIES. Successful candidate will assist in the Factory Operations Manager in managing day to day operations of the Plant through carrying out any or all of the following tasks as may be delegated from time to time:
- Production and Maintenance management
- Managing performance in all sections and ensuring set targets are met or exceeded
- Budgets Preparation and cost management
- Health and Safety
- Integrating Total Quality Management into production process
- Leading and Managing a diverse group of Team Members
The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes. • Relevant Degree in Engineering/Production/Manufacturing. Food Processing will be an added advantage. • At least 2 years hands on experience in a manufacturing environment or organisation. • Sound leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success • Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills • Self-driven and results oriented
