The Human Resources & Administrative Officer will maintain and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. In addition, S/he will provide executive assistance to all Line managers.
Candidate must be instrumental in the below Key Performance Areas:
Manpower Planning
Staff Recruitment
Training and Development
Payroll Management
Compensation
Industrial Relations
Staff Welfare
Office Administration
Reports Generating
Records Management
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role preferably in a Transport and logistics company.
Good oral and written communications with the ability to initiate and draft correspondence
English language fluency required.
A registered and paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management.
