QUALIFICATIONS
*5 O Levels including English , Mathematics and Science
*Minimum of a National Diploma in Civil engineering
*At least 2yrs working experience
*No criminal record
*Computer literate eg Excel and Auto CAD
*Working in Local Authority/Local government an added advantage
*Ability to work under pressure
