Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the Administration Officer the duties and responsibilities of the Office
Orderly will include:-
✓ Cleaning of offices and surroundings.
✓ Preparation of office and meeting teas.
✓ Mail delivery and collection.
✓ Banking duties.
✓ Carrying out any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Skills and Competences
✓ Minimum of 5 ‘0’ Level subjects at Grade C or better including English Language,
✓ Excellent interpersonal, communication and public relations skills,
✓A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience.
