Providing Human Resources support as required, at HR outreaches, interviews and meetings; Assisting in creating and updating Employee files; Filing all Human Resources communication and records for easy and quick retrieval of information; Facilitating the submission of registration forms for new staff; Processing of exit clearance documentation for staff leaving the organization; Keeping, updating and managing leave days information; Help with coordinating recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews
Entry qualifications and experience
A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management (recently graduated); Excellent oral & written communication skills; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines; Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows/Office environment; Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiali
