Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic person dedicated to selling, maintaining an excellent Customer Service
Level. The candidate should be able to professionally service and expand the existing client base and
to increase soles revenue through new business development.
Responsibilities Include
• In person and Telesales to existing accounts and prospecting for new client’s service and expand
existing accounts through maintaining good customer relations and developing sales programs •
Develop marketing plans to potential and current clients • Prospect for new clients • Respond to
incoming telephone inquiries • Address customer concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s in the related field. (BBA, Bachelor’s in Sales or Marketing will be preferred) •
Related sales experience will be an added advantage • Clean Class 4 Drivers licence.
Competencies / Skills and Experience
• Sound knowledge of sales and marketing practices • Excellent communication and telephone skills,
verbal and written • Ability to work individually and as a team with minimum supervision • Ability to
meet soles quotas, deadlines and work under pressure • Proficiency in computer skills; Excel, Word,
PowerPoint • Knowledge of pastel accounting an added advantage • Customer focused approach and
ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
