• Knowledge in designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
• Knowledge in organizing and coordinating operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Knowledge in supervising the work of employees and providing feedback and counselling to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Knowledge in gathering, analysing and interpreting external and internal data and writing reports
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
